Supercritical CO_2 and microwave-assisted extraction of volatile oil from Angelica sinensis

      Different extraction methods of volatile oil. In this paper, using CO2 supercritical fluid extraction and microwave assisted extraction of volatile oil extraction method. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions of extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction pressure 25 MPa, the separation kettle of analytical temperature 55, extraction temperature 45, the extraction rate of about 1.9%; the best the process conditions of microwave assisted extraction of ethanol as extraction solvent, microwave power 800 W, microwave irradiation time 150 s, solid-liquid ratio was 4.71: 1, the extraction rate of about 11.2%. obtained by microwave assisted extraction of angelica oil yield is higher than the supercritical CO2 extraction method. The microwave assisted extraction of Angelica volatile oil yield but, the appearance quality of essential oil of Angelica sinensis is supercritical extraction difference.
